Mr. Newton called up all of the students who had sold more than three cards to put their names in the draw. Matt got the honour of selecting the winner.
Grade 6 student, Kyja, was the lucky winner of the mini-iPad at today's draw.

Gold Card Assembly Tomorrow!!
Tomorrow at 9am will be a very exciting assembly! In May, our k-12 students sold gold cards to their friends, family and neighbours. The Gold Cards are discount cards that can be used at local businesses and some Brandon businesses.
The class who sells the most cards earns a class pizza party and the top seller wins a pizza for his/ her family to enjoy.. Last year, the grade 3 class won the pizza party and Brynn Jarvis earned the pizza gift certificate. Tomorrow, we will find out who will be enjoying pizza this week!
ALSO, every student who sold 3 cards, got her/ his name entered to win a mini iPad, the winner's name will be drawn tomorrow.
Thank you to everyone who sold cards and/ or bought cards. This fundraiser earned $3440 for our playground.

Thank You Keira!
A week or so ago, Keira, a grade three student, came up to me and asked if she could have a bake sale to raise money for the playground. Yesterday, I saw her and she had some great news to share! Her bake sale had raised $50! Way to go Keira!
